REBOSANDO ESTILO

Muchos ya la conoceréis porque es muy fotografiada en revistas y blogs de moda, ella se llama Julia Sarr-Jamois.

 Mitad francesa, mitad senegalesa, con tan sólo 22 años es la editora de la revista Wonderland,

se caracteriza por su originalidad vistiendo y su pelo a lo afro, la encantan las mezclas y además lo hace como nadie, lo mismo combina unos vaqueros rotos con un blazer de corte impecable, que sandalias de inspiración étnica con un chandal. Y lo más curioso de todo es que su estilo resulta, me encanta su estilo y para mi es un referente ahora mismo en el mundo de la moda.

Por donde va llama la atención no sólo por su peinado, si no también por su figura y su estilo alternativo,  pero lo cierto es que Julia va marcando tendencia cuando menos en la calle.

 Si tan joven ya da que hablar que será en un futuro!

SASKIA DE BRAUW

Hola de nuevo!!!, he estado ausente por mi viaje a Londres y de vuelta estoy aquí , encantada de publicar en mi blog. En breve os contaré como ha sido mi experiencia londinense a la cual os adelanto que me ha encantado.

VERSACE otoño-invierno 2011

Es holandesa, destaca por sus rasgos andróginos, hasta cierto punto, masculinos, hay muchos que piensan que no es el modelo perfecto para el mundo de la moda otros se la devoran para todas sus campañas, a mi me encanta, creo que además de ser una profesional brilla por su talento para la fotografía. 

Empezó su carrera a los 16 y la dejó exclusivamente para estudiar arte. Ahora ha regresado,gracias al consejo de una amiga maquilladora, y con un éxito que a ella misma la sorprende.

Ha sido la elegida para la nueva campaña de Versace para el próximo otoño invierno 2011, en esta ocasión no ha sido Mario Testino, quien desde 2004 se encontraba detrás de la lente, el encargado de situar en imágenes las piezas de Versace; sino Mert Alas y Marcus Piggot han sido los encargados de captar el rostro de Saskia.

También han contado con ella la revista Vogue de varios países distintos, Italia y París.

KATE, LA CHICA DE ORO

A mi esta chica me encanta, su estilo y su rostro me cautivan, al igual que les debe de gustar a quienes la contratan para sus campañas que ya son muchos, su imagen vende y ahí los resultados. Eso sí, hay dos hobby de ella que no me gustan y son la de diseñadora para la firma Top Shop (para mi un horror) y la de cantante, (buf hay que oirla, no Kate no, eso no es lo tuyo ! ).

La modelo ha posado ante el objetivo de Mario Sorrenti, amigo y parte importante en la carrera de Kate para la firma Liu Jo, el tándem es perfecto y la colección super bonita, esta firma es famosa por lo bien que sientan sus vaqueros.

Con un estilo muy de los años 70, Kate posa ante la cámara del fotógrafo Alasdair McLellan en Marruecos.

La colección presentada se llama Faraway y está compuesta por tres líneas diferentes: Faraway Chic, Faraway on the Road y Faraway Exotic. Cada línea tiene una inspiración, pero en todas los tonos protagonistas son el marrón y el crudo.

Lo cierto es que todo lo que hace la modelo se convierte en oro. Sus colecciones ya sean de ropa o bolsos tienen un éxito sin precedentes y se agotan, normalmente, a las pocas horas de salir a la venta.

La modelo española ha sido la ganadora del premio L’Oreal en la Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week 2011, merecidisimo desde luego porque en la pasarela es espectacular , me parece que tiene un rostro que desprende mucha dulzura y por supuesto no ha pasado desapercibida ya que ahora es el nueva imagen de Blanco para su nueva campaña Primavera-Verano 2011 bajo las órdenes del fotógrafo David Dunan.

Alejandra tiene 18 años, y este año es la primera vez que desfila en nuestra pasarela pero !ojo! no os creáis que es nueva en esto ya que ha desfilado en París para Chanel o en Nueva York y Milán.

Blanco nos presenta una colección donde el encaje en vestidos cortos , el crochet y los calados en las telas están muy presentes, personalmente yo en el encaje  no encajo! pero oye, ya veremos ......

Los tonos tierra y empolvados combinan muy bien con el azul desgastado de los jeans cortos ó largos.

PROTAGONISTAS DE ELITE

Hablo de moda, de diseñadores, de famosos con los mejores estilismos, pero hoy se merecen un post todos la/os modelos profesionales españolas/es, ellas y ellos que en cada edición nos muestran con su gracia y con su garbo en la pasarela las propuestas de cada temporada.
Todos nos transmiten la esencia de cada diseñador, de ellos depende mucho el que ha veces un desfile brille y sea o no cautivador.
No estan todos los que son pero si son todos los que están en este post, los de antes , los actuales, todos se merecen una ovación, por el pasado y por el presente.

Fashion speak, I speak of designers, celebrity talk with the best styling, but today they deserve a post all the / os Spanish professional models / is, they and them in each issue show us his grace and panache in the Gateway proposals from each season.

Sería dificil decir cual es el mejor, si desde luego unos tienen más estilo que otros pero todos están ahi y ya basta con eso, ¿tenéis algún preferido?

Falta poco para la pasarela Cibeles 0toño-Invierno 2011, febrero está a la vuelta de la esquina, ya tengo ganas de disfrutar y ellos ya se preparan para dar lo mejor de si mismos.
